The boys are pack with another action-packed edition of NO HOLDS BARRED on IRONMAG TV!

On this week’s episode GREGG VALENTINO and BIG FRANK weighed in on the world MMA – both natural and enhanced. The guys talked about the possible return of MMA legend Tim Sylvia and what that would mean for the sport. From his incredibly high pain threshold to the fact he looks like a totally different guy, Tim coming back could totally turn the sport upside down. Plus, they talked about the irony of him getting busted for gear.

The guys also talked about the legendary Diaz Brothers – Nick and Nate – and a very interesting aside dealing with the sequel to Roadhouse – the classic 1980’s movie. Gregg also shared a funny Nick Diaz story with regard to Nick’s “best advice to give young kids about his MMA career.” Trust me, it’s not anything you’d expect from one of the most celebrated stars in Mixed Martial Arts. And that’s just it, per Valentino, “the Diaz brothers don’t try to be funny.” They’re just being themselves.

Make sure to tune in to see what BIG FRANK thinks about chiropractic care and a wide array of other fads. The guys have different takes, but chiro as well electric stim and trigger point therapies are widely used in the fitness industry. In fact, most guys swear by a wide array of different therapies and modalities, but do they actually work? FRANK also talked about some of the IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros) arguments regarding the idea that all carbs are the same. The big man talked about why he sticks to KETO and how important that type of eating is for his physique and overall well-being. Meanwhile a lot of the talking heads like to say that you can’t build muscle on keto. Well, tell BIG FRANK BUDELEWSKI that. You can’t get much bigger, stronger, and faster than the big man from Buffalo, NY!!
