DEVON LARRATT was known as the world’s strongest arm wrestler. Most guys dreaded facing off against him because the word in sport was that he could easily break arms and absolutely no one wanted to go the distance with him. But one man, who just so happens to be the Co-Host of NO HOLDS BARRED, “BIG” FRANK BUDELEWSKI not only battled DEVON, but beat the champ in the first round. The world’s greatest arm wrestler couldn’t believe what had just happened. Not only didn’t DEVON break FRANK’S arm, but FRANK gave the Canadian sensation a very loud reality check!!
